Dann folgten Man Ray, Picasso, Klee, Dali, etc… Red Dot Award | New York Festival | Golden Award of Montreux | Art Directors Club.
About bruNOTo generate a creative work, to find a form of expression one is content with, requires to sacrifice time, feelings and things, and also to question oneself. However, a successful work can bring back the time that was sacrificed during creation - yes, it can even multiply the time. My name is Bruno Petz and i create visions that are of interest to me. Doing so, I follow my intuition and have myself inspired by the dynamics of the event, as well as the respective material. Mostly I deal with polarizing or unusual issues. My works should have density and give impulses to thoughtfulness, not only fulfil a decorative purpose. Often I wrestle with what is there, but does not reveal itself. Often I also wrestle with myself. Often I lose, too. But every once in a while, what is there manifests itself in a language familiar to us, such as in sculptures, photographs or pictures. At a young age, I was firstly inspired by Walt Disney. Then followed by Man Ray, Picasso, Klee, Dali, etc ... Later followed by Joseph Kosuth, Brancusi, Laurie Anderson or Marie-Jo Lafontaine. Subsequently, four years of graphic design studies and 30 years of blood, sweat and tears in national and international advertising agencies. Since 2016 freelance in the fields of graphic design, 3D visualization, photography and art. My work in the field of design / advertising has been awarded both nationally and internationally: i.a. Red Dot Award | New York Festival | Golden Award of Montreux | Art Directors Club.
